Roasted Potato Bites w/ Rosemary
4 medium to large red potatoes, cut into bite sizes
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon steak seasoning (I used Monterial steak seasoning)
2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves or 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place potatoes in pan. Drizzle with oil, stir to coat. Sprinkle with steak seasoning and rosemary and stir well with hands.
Bake uncovered about 40-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the potato skins are crispy and potatoes are tender.
