*Changes I made: I used a fuji apple instead of Asian pear. But I know Asian pear works wonderfully in Korean bbq. But I just didn't have it on hand. But apples work great as well.
*Gochujang is red pepper paste that Koreans eat almost everyday. It's spicy and sweet at the same time. You should be able to get it at any oriental stores.
