Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
We had a great Easter dinner with our extended family today! I hope you all had a wonderful time with your family and friends for Easter! We had great food - tritip, pork ribs, lots of shrimp, asparagus, etc. Our attempt in making bacon wrapped shrimp turned out to be very successful! We had never had bacon wrapped shrimp before and wondered how it would turn out but wow, this was almost TOO GOOD. We definitely recommend this dish to all the shrimp lovers out there!
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
Ingredients:
Skewers
1 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lbs bacon (cut in half)
Santa Maria seasoning, to taste (If you don't have this specific kind of seasoning, use salt and pepper)
Direction:
Wrap each shrimp with a cut-in-half bacon and put 3-4 shrimps on a skewer. Season with Santa Maria seasoning or salt and pepper. Grill until the bacon is crispy. (Do not overcook them. Otherwise the shrimp will be tough.)
