If you're looking for a yummy side dish, how about fixing this one real quick? Did you know sweet potatoes are one of the healthiest foods? I just added a little bit of olive oil, but still pretty healthy.
Sweet Potato Bites
Ingredients:
1 sweet potato, sliced in rounds
Olive oil, to drizzle
Paprika, to sprinkle
McCormick Season all, to sprinkle
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
(Optional) 1/3 teaspoon chili pepper flakes (Use it only if you like the spice)
Direction:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly spread olive oil on a baking sheet. Place sweet potato and season it with paprika, McCormic season all, and salt. Drizzle olive oil over seasoned sweet potato. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are softened and the edges are slightly crispy.
