He tastes it no matter how finely onions are chopped. One time, I brought some split pea curry home from a cooking group which had onions which were absolutely invisible so I wanted to do a little experiment and asked him to taste it saying it's so good. And after having a bite, he almost puked. So yeah, I can't "trick" him at all. It doesn't work. People think he'll eat onions if I "hide" it somehow in soups but no, he tastes it immediately and pukes. It's sad but what can I do. I married him knowing he doesn't eat onions... :) It's okay, though. I am used to it. When we go out to eat, I get to order things with a lot of onions, like onion rings! :)Sookhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01448988111816850404noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-264323500982488701.post-2286449631642807892010-03-26T01:11:47.391-07:002010-03-26T01:11:47.391-07:00healthy and filling soup...looks delicious sookhealthy and filling soup...looks delicious sookSushma Mallyahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16936434191563848038noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-264323500982488701.post-13042997268854353622010-03-26T01:21:57.772-07:002010-03-26T01:21:57.772-07:00Mmmmm....this would be so good with parartha.Mmmmm....this would be so good with parartha.MaryMohhttp://www.keeplearningkeepsmiling.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-264323500982488701.post-37346533886138038382010-03-26T01:27:59.211-07:002010-03-26T01:27:59.211-07:00sook, the color of the soup is just perfect...the ...sook, the color of the soup is just perfect...the combo of the ingredients is great too...Meenahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01044558943058518916noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-264323500982488701.post-65937507030142064452010-03-26T01:27:59.210-07:002010-03-26T01:27:59.210-07:00I would love to mop this up with some roti!I would love to mop this up with some roti!3 hungry tummieshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12815699243459000530noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-264323500982488701.post-49905411060503366902010-03-26T02:16:01.210-07:002010-03-26T02:16:01.210-07:00Thats a healthy soup..Thats a healthy soup..Priyahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16877565823603705723noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-264323500982488701.post-82907305816531577532010-03-26T02:57:57.774-07:002010-03-26T02:57:57.774-07:00very yumm soup..u can add chopped bell peppers too...very yumm soup..u can add chopped bell peppers too and garnish with chopped coriander.. i this often as a daal for rice..Veggie Huthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10529639015593026497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-264323500982488701.post-77609427236280179942010-03-26T04:36:54.293-07:002010-03-26T04:36:54.293-07:00Your soup looks absolutely delicious!
